Summary of the novel
Raqs e bismil , Raqs is like dance . dance with happiness , excitement , it could be any reason but here this raqs is of burning . Look at the picture which i am using for this story . It shows you some thing , tells you the pain , The pain of the lady who is dancing on Lawa and is burning .this is all the reactions of time , the fate ,. Which is confessing her to dance on this lawa . In reaction she is turning into a hard stone . She is becoming more powerful and her dance is making her to take revenge as it is time She is burning her feet and her stone heart is beating for opportunity to take revenge . Now it is time to meet Mavera Nurtaza . the dancing lady
MAvera Murtaza is the only daughter of Afia Begum . She is a school teacher and had a past which is dark off course . So she tries to let Mavera make less friends so she has only one friend named Farah .Farah is engaged with her cousin who loves her but after this relation he tries to ignore her which is making Farah very dis heart . So she tries to tell her felling s to Mavera as they both are best friends .
Taimor is very handsome boy and has very lovely family . His sister Izzat is also very nice lady . TAimor has a friend named Waleed , He is generalist and is so close to Taimor . They both respect each other and tries to solve each other problems . Izzat meet Waleed in accidental situation and Waleed saves her and protects her because of Taimor . He is a hero for Izzat and then she felt some feelings for him .Later she expose her feelings but Waleed is bit confuse because he do not want to hurt his friend and his Izzat . As he also like her but status becomes hindrance .
Afaq refuses to marry with Farah which make her hurt but when his parents becomes angry he accept and married with Farah but Farah is not happy because she think this is a forced marriage .there Tamore meet Mavera there and tries to make his relation with her . Mavera knows Taimor because he is the way for her to reach the person whom she wanted to take revenge . TAimore falls in love with her but she refuses and worn him many time to stay away from her , sh she is dancing lady whose heart is burning . Taimor offer her job and then she accept his offer . This was her first step to the revenge . Her mother is not happy because she knows the time will defeat her . She is already dancing on lawa now she will face many hardships . So she has to follow her daughter and they come to another city .
Taimore love is overcoming Mavera and is binding her . His true love is creating changing and one day she get married to Taimore . He is flying now and having an ideal life . The burning lady is now feeling some wetness in her and her heart is melting now . Taimore love is making her crazy for him so she forget every thing and only remember Taimore and his love .
Afaq is disturbed he had some kind of disease then later FArah come to know that which make her very frighten.
Waleed accept Izzat love and Taimore arrange their marriages . But their father Raza Haider another plans . Which will make you sad .
Yes sad because according to me the writer some how change the story and make it sad ending but happy ending for others . The burning lady is still burning . She could not get calm .Her feet are burning till the end but .......
the writer dialogues are very powerful in some places that you will really feel a part of it . That s why you will become sad at the end but it does not mean that you do not want to read this novel . you should try to read and felt the pain of those people who lost their loved once in their life .feel them and think for a while should it happen ? Was Mavera right to way of revenge ?
